Introduction

This electrical engineering diploma equips you with a solid foundation in electrical engineering principles, alongside practical knowledge in the design, development and operation of electrical and electronic systems. ​

More than just an engineering diploma, this course is designed to reflect the evolving demands of electrical engineering, preparing you for a variety of roles in sectors such as electrical utilities, communications, manufacturing, consulting, and government sectors. ​

By the end of this electrical engineering diploma, you will achieve:​

  • A strong understanding of electrical engineering systems and applications​
  • Technical electrical engineering skills in using semiconductor devices, amplifier and filter circuits, and Arduino fundamentals​
  • A professional network through career mentoring, industry engagement, and site visits, supported by The Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) and The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) student chapters

    Immerse yourself in a STEM-focused environment equipped with facilities such as an engineering lab, a fluid mechanics lab, a dedicated engineering project room and multiple computer labs running AutoCAD, MATLAB and other specialised software.

  • Mature candidates (≥30 years old with 8 years work experience)

  • GCE ‘O’ level English (grade 1 to 7); OR
  • IELTS score of 5.5; OR
  • PSB Academy’s Certificate in English Proficiency programme; OR
