PSB Academy Students Apartment Bugis is located at 33 Liang Seah Street. There are five room types:
Each unit is fully air-conditioned with an attached bathroom. Other furnishings include a mattress, a personal wardrobe, a study table, and a refrigerator. Free WIFI is also provided to each student. There is also a shared washer and dryer along with weekly housekeeping service.
We encourage you to start looking for an accommodation well before you arrive and before the term starts. There is a strong demand for student accommodation and available units may be taken up very quickly.

Every international student must have a valid student pass (STP) to continue their stay in Singapore. But before you enter Singapore, you must have an IPA letter with you when you go through Singapore Immigration.
Here are the steps you will need to complete before your STP Formality (Collection of digital student pass at ICA Building)
In-principle Approval (IPA)
You will need to obtain your IPA before entering Singapore and it has validity of 3 months. However, the purpose of IPA is an entry permit to enter Singapore and this does not act as a valid pass to stay in Singapore. Do note that IPA only allows for a one-time entry. You are still expected to complete your STP Formality even with an approved IPA letter.
*For Students who are holding onto social visit passes, do note that the validity of the social visit pass.
Medical Check-up (*If required)
For new students who are entitled to our Meet and Greet Services, you will be guided by our appointed vendor who will bring you for a medical check-up. Please come to PSB Academy Main Wing Campus and check the noticeboard placed at the gantry for the correct classroom to go to for the welcome briefing.
What you need to bring:
For progression students of PSB Academy, you will have to go for medical check-up on yourself. Please contact ssostp psb-academy.edu.sg or visit HIVE counter 5 if you would like to check on the recommended list of clinics.

For new students with Meet and Greet Services
Our appointed vendor will be bringing you to Immigrations & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) building to complete your student pass formality. Please come to PSB Academy and check the noticeboard placed at the gantry for the correct classroom to go to.
For progression students of PSB Academy

Please request this service during your pre-admission counselling so that we will be notified prior to your arrival in Singapore. New international students need to book the services 3 days before arrival. An acknowledgement email will be sent to the students.
