Saurav Atri is a Regional Workplace Consultant and Subject Matter Expert at Gallup. Saurav facilitates learning and development programs and provides consulting services worldwide to companies seeking to improve business performance through employee engagement, strengths-based development, management and leadership. He brings Gallup's mission to life through this work by leveraging analytics, advice and education to help organizations solve their most pressing problems by understanding the attitudes and behaviors of employees, customers and citizens. He is an ICF Certified ACC Coach and a Senior Gallup Course Leader. He has trained over 7,000 managers, 1,500 coaches and ran over 250 workshops in the last 8 years with Gallup.

Previously Saurav managed a team of 6 while driving Gallup’s business for SE Asia as Regional Director for SE Asia and served in a dual role with Gallup as Director of Talent Sourcing for the Southeast Asia, Pacific, Middle East and Europe regions, and Learning Business Partner to Gallup's clients across Southeast Asia, Pacific and Middle East. In these roles, he served as a strategic adviser to senior executives and leaders across industries, applying Gallup science to improve business outcomes. Saurav is also an executive strengths coach and leads Gallup’s learning programs for leaders for clients across APAC and Middle East regions.

Prior to Gallup, he worked across India and the Middle East in marketing consulting, education, financial services and as a sports management entrepreneur, managing the Indian National Hockey Team.
Saurav has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Delhi University and an MBA in strategy, leadership and marketing from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, India.
