Pearly has more than 20 years in the private education industry. Her experience includes business development, strategy, operations, stakeholder management and administration. She has received the notable Excellent Service Award (Star) conferred by SPRING Singapore which recognises individuals for their exceptional leadership and people management skills.

As Director of School of Business and Management, Pearly is deeply involved in the students' journey with PSB Academy.

Being a passionate advocate for students, Pearly also oversees the Student Success Office (SSO) department which runs initiatives to equip students with success-oriented mindsets and future-ready career skills. SSO develops industry partnerships to enhance PSB Academy’s graduate employment rate and provides pathways for students' learning through networking and real-world experience beyond the classroom.

She attained her Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from the Murdoch University and Master of Science in Industry Organisational Psychology from City University of New York.
