Mr. Pharamond holds a Master of Engineering degree from Cornell University, a resident of Singapore since 2005.  After brief stints in Aerospace, Recreational Vehicles and Spectrophotometric Equipment, Mr Pharamond joined the Semiconductor Industry as a material handling automation engineer with Kulicke and Soffa, a world leader in Semiconductor backend equipment.

Twenty years on and still at K&S, Mr Pharamond is currently Director of Mechanical Engineering for Advanced Packaging product lines, and responsible for the R&D of high performance material handling modules for die-attach, flip-chip and thermo-compression bonders. Mr Pharamond’s tenure at K&S has afforded him opportunities in M&A activity, Market Development and participation in industry consortia.  Mr Pharamond brings to the Advisory Board a multinational perspective, a broad experience with engineering recruitment and management, and a proactive, innovative mindset.
