Sarina is a Lecturer at PSB Academy, with backgrounds in engineering education, laboratory operations, and applied technology. With extensive experience in managing engineering labs, equipment, and student projects, Sarina has been actively involved in delivering hands-on workshops for both internal and external stakeholders, emphasizing real-world applications of engineering concepts.

Starting as an Engineer in the School of Engineering & Technology, PSB Academy, Sarina was responsible for laboratory operations, equipment calibration, and maintenance, ensuring an optimal learning environment for students. In addition to managing the labs, she also served as a tutor, conducting practical lessons and hands-on training to support students in applying engineering concepts effectively. As she progressed to Senior Engineer and Assistant Manager, Sarina took on additional responsibilities in lab management, workplace safety, and supervising final-year projects. These roles deepened her involvement in teaching practical and theoretical engineering modules, helping students develop skills in automation, control systems, and applied engineering.

Driven by passion for automation and control systems, Sarina pursued her Master of Science in Electrical Engineering at the National University of Singapore. Her research interests include automation, control, and machine learning. She is dedicated to integrating applied learning and emerging technologies into engineering education, equipping students with the practical skills and problem-solving abilities needed for the evolving industry.
