Ms. Lim Wei Yin

Lecturer

Wei Yin is an experienced academic and administrative professional with over 15 years of progressive responsibility in higher education, public sector finance, and professional certification. She has demonstrated expertise in academic leadership, examination management, quality assurance, curriculum development, and stakeholder engagement.

Recognised for her strong organisational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, Wei Yin has a proven ability to manage complex academic and operational processes while fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Before entering academia, she gained valuable experience in public sector finance, including budget preparation, audit liaison, financial reporting, and departmental governance. Additionally, she built a solid foundation in auditing through fieldwork, financial analysis, and client communication during her time as an audit trainee.

With a passion for teaching and a strong commitment to student success, Wei Yin is now an integral part of PSB Academy, where she continues to inspire and guide the next generation of accounting professionals.
