How has life been since you started school?  

Since I started my journey at PSB Academy, everything went pretty smoothly. I made friends from different corners of the world – a great experience to shaping my global perspective. In addition to that, I got the opportunity to try different school activities from industry visits to professional workshops that enabled me to have a glimpse of real work environment. 

What made you further your studies with PSB Academy (versus other institutions)? 

I chose PSB Academy simply because the efficient course structure allowed me to complete my studies faster, which match my pace and expectations. When I did my researches, I discovered how conveniently located the campus is, right near the CBD and Marina Bay Sands. 

What made you embark on your course / discipline? How will this programme help you to achieve your dreams?  

I chose my course as I discovered my passion for finance and accounting. I always dreamt of running my own financial firm. Therefore, I believe that this course will be my first step and look forward to growing and thriving through PSB Academy’s programme. 

In what ways has your education with us added value to your personal development and professional opportunities? How have our services helped build your character? 

It helped me explore different kinds of modules I was never really curious about. It’s through those modules that I discovered that it is important to have multiple knowledge in different fields. This led me to be more flexible, principled, critical, and open-minded. Most importantly, now I am keener to explore more and to foster my creativity and innovation. 

How approachable and helpful were the lecturers/tutors? Was there anyone who motivated you through the challenges of completing your course?  

Throughout the courses at PSB Academy, we can really see during the lectures and tutorials that the teachers are as committed and devoted. It made the learning experience 10x times better as you get to learn from lecturers who love sharing and teaching. They were open for questions at any time whether onsite or online, which made it easier for students to communicate and learn. 

What was most memorable about your time at PSB Academy? 

I would say my most memorable time at PSB Academy is the part where I meet different people and get to know their stories and experiences whether they are students, lecturers, or professionals. I’ve become more open-minded and can better understand the difference backgrounds of everyone I meet. 

What advice would you give to other students planning to study here? 

My greatest advice would be to dare: dare to be different, dare to explore, and dare to reach your dreams. We all have dreams, but we need to dare to go and run for it. To reach your dreams, dare to learn new things, dare to volunteer, dare to speak up, and most importantly dare to take risks.
