Pursuing higher education was a means for me to gain advanced skillsets and knowledge about the industry I wished to step foot into. I discovered PSB Academy through my father’s friend, and I decided to apply for the course because it was aligned with my interest and future career goals.

I took my Diploma at the Delta Campus and my IT Degree at STEM & City Campuses. My learning experience at PSB Academy was an interesting one as I felt I am one of the few students that have experienced all three campuses. Each campus provided me with unique experiences as I had to adapt to various changes. I have learned a lot from interacting with many people from different walks of life, which has helped expand my network. I have learned to work well in a team and manage my workload. The Diploma course built a strong foundation for me to pursue my degree studies, where I learned more advanced topics such as System Analysis and Design, knowledge management, etc. Both curriculums were different, and I had an enjoyable learning experience.

While online learning was rough at the start with technical difficulties, and I had to get used to lessons and lab sessions conducted via Blackboard, it became easier. Overall, it was a good learning experience as most of my lecturers could engage the class well even through a virtual setting.

I would recommend PSB Academy to others as I felt that I was able to expand my network while gaining valuable career advice from some of my lecturers.
