With 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I now have a stable career as a Sales Manager in one of Singapore’s leading restaurant groups. To stay competitive and advance into higher managerial roles, I knew I needed to strengthen my industry knowledge with formal education.

I first came across PSB Academy through a YouTube ad and after doing my own research, I found that they offer part-time studies which allows me to maintain a healthy work-life balance while continuing my full-time job. They not only shared valuable business insights but also gave us a behind-the-scenes look at their farms, central kitchens, and restaurants, showing us the farm-to-table process and emerging food technologies. It was an eye-opening experience that deepened my understanding of industry trends and innovation beyond what I had learned in my job.

Experiences like this show how private education institutions like PSB Academy goes beyond traditional classroom learning, giving students real-world exposure and and keeping them updated with industry trends. PSB Academy keeps its curriculum up-to-date, like adding Esports Tourism and Event Management to this tourism diploma, which I believe will greatly benefit my juniors.
