Group Director, Investments & Special Projects, Cayman Group Holdings And Vice president for the Association of Small & Medium Enterprises (ASME)

Dainial Lim is Group Director of Cayman Group Holdings, the holding company of Raffles immigration Pte Ltd, Singapore Corporate Advisory Pte Ltd and U.H.N.W Pte Ltd.  Since 2009, Dainial has transformed Cayman into a multi-platform company that can assist clients on both corporate and immigration matters. With his strong working relationship with MOM, ICA and EDB and enterprise Singapore, clients trust Cayman as a reputable and trustworthy name when it comes to immigration and corporate matters. He has been featured in Temasek Polytechnic’s Business School Alumni and Berita Harian newspaper as one of the most promising a young successful entrepreneur from 2011 – 2013. Dainial also co-authored a book entitled “The Next Entrepreneur” in 2011 which has sold more than 100,000 copies in Singapore. He is also often mentioned in the Business times for issues relating to international expansion. Dainial started his career by joining networks such as BNI (Business Network International). He took on the role as President of BNI Ultimate Chapter in 2011 and became its Networking Ambassador in 2012. He was also awarded most Notable Networker in 2013 and was also conferred the BNI Gold Club Membership. Through his hard work and sheer determination, he led the company into achieving various Awards including:

  • APAC Insider Award for Top Immigration firm in Asia 2015, 2016, 2017

At the age of 30, Dainial was also the youngest National President for JCI Singapore in 2016, an international youth non-profit Organisation that is affiliated with the United Nations and International Chamber of Commerce that has been established in the world since 1915. His achievement in JCI Singapore include Most Outstanding National Officer and Most Outstanding Local President. This year, he oversees the Peace is Possible Champaign, an international movement to promote peace in Asia that has more than 120 countries participating.

He is also on the Business Advisory Board of PSB Academy since 2015 and actively involves himself with round-table discussions organized by ASME with government agencies such as IRAS, IPS and MOM. He is elected into the Executive Committee of the Singapore Malay Chamber of Commerce and Industry, chairing also the Internationalisation Sub Committee. Dainial also is in the SME committee in the Singapore Business Federation.

Dainial holds a Black Belt in Taekwondo and believes strongly in giving back to society, embodying the spirit of social entrepreneurship work. He travels yearly to participate in community Projects, notably the “Bag to School Project” which helps under privilege children in developing countries cope with basic school necessities so that they can go to school to be educated.
